Meet our Math Maestros
Jean-François - Cycle 3 Hi! I’m Jean-François and I’ve been teaching for more than 15 years. I spend a lot of my time looking for ways to get young people to love math as much as I do! I’m a major fan of computers, videogames, and role-playing. Since gaming is an important part of my life, I try to integrate it into my teaching as much as possible. Welcome to my world!
Élyse - Cycle 1 Hi! I’m Élise and I’ve been teaching for 18 years. I love math, and really enjoy teaching young people how fun it can be to learn! Over the course of my career, I’ve prepared more than 500 documents for students and teachers. In my free time, I enjoy camping, paddle boarding and canoeing. I also read a lot, from the comfort of my hammock! My video capsules are designed to help students see math in a whole new way!
Louis - Cycle 3 Hi! I’m Louis and I’ve been teaching elementary school for 25 years. I’ve traveled a lot. I’ve been to Bolivia, Switzerland, France and Poland to share my knowledge of math and science. In my free time, I enjoy cabinetmaking, a pastime that allows me to draw on my math knowledge and to solve geometric problems. Join me on a trip through the wonderful world of math! |
